Brief Introduction
Ecotrend autoclaved aerated concrete panel is a product which is designed for special thermal insulation requirements. In general, it comes with two different thicknesses, 50mm and 75mm.
Ecotrend AAC thermal insulation block has outstanding performance on heat insulation, which meets the projects with high requirements on thermal insulation, such as cold storage warehouse. This material is very popular in extremely cold and hot regions as well.

AAC thermal insulation panel is widely used as building insulation layer, especially used as prefab building external wall materials. It is very suitable for building thermal insulation in extreme cold and extreme hot area or cold storage warehouse thermal insulation material.
Strict Production Process
Ecotrend manufactures autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) or aerated lightweight concrete (ALC) products, it is a composite of cement, lime, and silica sand. Besides, ALC panel uses bidirectional welded steel mesh (reinforcing bar) .
The production of AAC Panel including 8 main process including production of reinforcing steel mesh, anti-rust of reinforcing steel mesh, mixing, pouring, insert of reinforcing steel mesh, precuring, cutting, autocalved curing, packing.
Packing& Shipping
When packing, we usually use plastic-steel tape to fix AAC panels or AAC blocks, and use cardboard or plastic protective film to protect the corners to avoid damage during transportation. According to the packaging requirements of different customers, we will do our best to meet the special packaging requirements.
We usually use sea containers for export transportation. Our minimum order quantity is 1unit 20ft container, which is also the most economical transportation method.
Product Installation
Below is brief installation method for AAC Panel, if you need further information about installation, feel free contact me.| Step 1 | 5 workers form a group. Use hydraulic trolley for transportation. Panels should be kept flat during the transportation. Pulling on the floor or unilateral support is forbidden during transportation. Use special fixture when lifting. Hoisting belt should be flexible nylon tie belt. |
| Step 2 | Use 1:3 cement mortar on the bottom of the panel to make level, mortar thickness is 10-20mm. |
| Step 3 | While installation, one worker uses a chain hoist to make the panel stand up, other workers stabilize the panel to the corresponding location. |
| Step 4 | Each panel should be connected to major structure by a special U-Card which is shot on the panels by nail gun. |
| Step 5 | After panel is upright, adjust the verticality by a wadge stuffed on the bottom of the panel. |
| Step 6 | Groove between panels to bite each other should be close. Pay attention to control the verticality during the installation, and check up carefully after installation. |
| Step 7 | Gap between panels to be caulked by special mortar, and extra mortar should be pushed out while connecting panels. Then clean up adhesive cracks between panels, and use specialized pointing mortar to fill up gaps and level out. |
