Ecotrend autoclaved aerated concrete floor panel comes with a two layer welded steel reinforcement mesh coated with anti-rust liquid. The compressive strength is up to 5.0 M/Pa. Each cubic meter of Ecotrend AAC is only 500 - 650 kg, which is 1/5 of common concrete, 1/3 of clay brick, similar to wood. It can reduce the self-weight of construction by using Ecotrend AAC/ALC products, so that beam, column and section size can be reduced during architectural design. Its lightweight and high strength characteristics make our panels ideally suitable for high-rise reinforced concrete (RC) and structural steel frame buildings.Autoclaved aerated concrete (shorted as AAC) is a kind of lightweight precast concrete, it was invented in the mid-1920s and has developed for around 100 years. Since 1980, the production of AAC Blocks continues to increase globally and it is increasingly used by developers, architects, builders around the world, especially for prefabricated building, this is in line with the development trend of the construction industry.

Product Parameters
Ecotrend AAC products contain a large number of micro-holes, with a dry density of 400~700kg/m³ and a thermal conductivity of 0.08~0. 18w/(m*k), Ecotrend AAC wall insulation ability is 3~4 times that of ordinary clay bricks , 4~8 times that of ordinary concrete, which greatly reduces the energy consumption of the building and is eco friendly.

Product Process
Ecotrend manufactures autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) or aerated lightweight concrete (ALC) block and panel, it is a composite of cement, lime, and silica sand. Besides, ALC panel uses bidirectional welded steel mesh (reinforcing bar) ,which has been treated with a superior rust preventive liquid and cured with high-temperature, high-pressure steam. A porous silicate board is manufactured for high performance of anti-permeability and sound insulation. It can be divided into external wall panels, partition panels (internal wall panels), floor panels and roof slabs according to the purpose.

1). Are you trading company or Manufacturer?
We are manufacturer, Ecotrend Materials is our factory established in Cambodia. And HuaFei Express is our Marketing Center located in China.
2). Who will we sign contract with?
Normally with Ecotrend for AAC/ALC products and the shipment will be made directly from Cambodia. If you'd like to buy the accessories of ALC products, you will sign contract with Huafei Express.
3). Which port will you export your products?
For AAC/ALC products, we will export from Sihanouk Ville Port, Cambodia; for accessories or other related products, we will export from Shanghai or Ningbo Port, China.
4).What is your lead time?
Usually within about 15-20 days after receiving your deposit or L/C.
5).What is your payment terms?
50% deposit by T/T advance and 50% balance by T/T before loading; L/C is accepted as well.
6).What is the package for the product?
By wooden pallet(Non fumigation pallet),or comer protectors on all sides, outer with polybay. Or as buyers' requirements for Wholesale Concrete Blocks.
