Ecotrend autoclaved aerated concrete panel is a product which is designed for special thermal insulation requirements. In general, it comes with two different thicknesses, 50mm and 75mm.
Ecotrend AAC thermal insulation block has outstanding performance on heat insulation, which meets the projects with high requirements on thermal insulation, such as cold storage warehouse. This material is very popular in extremely cold and hot regions as well.
Autoclaved aerated concrete (shorted as AAC) is a kind of lightweight precast concrete, it was invented in the mid-1920s and has developed for around 100 years. Since 1980, the production of AAC Blocks continues to increase globally and it is increasingly used by developers, architects, builders around the world, especially for prefabricated building, this is in line with the development trend of the construction industry.
Distinctive Advantages:
(1) Thermal insulation: Ecotrend AAC products contain a large number of micro-holes, with a dry density of 400~700kg/m³ and a thermal conductivity of 0.08~0. 18w/(m*k), AAC wall insulation ability is 3~4 times that of ordinary clay bricks , 4~8 times that of ordinary concrete, which greatly reduces the energy consumption of the building and is eco friendly.
(2) Sound insulation: Ecotrend AAC products have a large number of micro-holes. Due to the thickness and surface treatment of the masonry, the noise can be reduced by 30-50 decibels. For example, the AAC wall with a thickness of 100mm and double-sided putty can reduce the noise by 40.8 decibels.
Ecotrend AAC Thermal Insulation panel is widely use as external wall insulation layer to provide the building performance with heat insulation.

Product Process
Ecotrend manufactures autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) or aerated lightweight concrete (ALC) block and panel, it is a composite of cement, lime, and silica sand. Besides, ALC panel uses bidirectional welded steel mesh (reinforcing bar) ,which has been treated with a superior rust preventive liquid and cured with high-temperature, high-pressure steam. A porous silicate board is manufactured for high performance of anti-permeability and sound insulation. It can be divided into external wall panels, partition panels (internal wall panels), floor panels and roof slabs according to the purpose.
AAC blocks and ALC panels are widely used in various projects,such as commercial, factory, and residential buildings etc. The product has the characteristics of convenient installation, wide application range, and high construction accuracy;meanwhile, it can greatly improve the usage performance of the building, and reduce the cost of construction.

Normally with Ecotrend for AAC/ALC products and the shipment will be made directly from Cambodia. If you'd like to buy the accessories of ALC products, you will sign contract with Huafei Express.
3). Which port will you export your products?
For AAC/ALC products, we will export from Sihanouk Ville Port, Cambodia; for accessories or other related products, we will export from Shanghai or Ningbo Port, China.
4).What is your lead time?
Usually within about 15-20 days after receiving your deposit or L/C.
5).What is your payment terms?
50% deposit by T/T advance and 50% balance by T/T before loading; L/C is accepted as well.
