Ecotrend autoclaved aerated concrete panels are the thinnest among products with the same capacity in fire resistance and thermal insulation. Using Ecotrend ALC panels as internal walls materials can effectively increase the usable space in a building and reduce energy consumption because of its high thermal insulation. With it's strength and maximum length, Ecotrend ALC reinforced panels lessen the use of lintels and stiffeners. Ecotrend ALC reinforced panels also greatly reduce the wall load because of its lightweight, therefore reducing the cost of the building structure. Autoclaved aerated concrete (shorted as AAC) is a kind of lightweight precast concrete, it was invented in the mid-1920s and has developed for around 100 years. Since 1980, the production of AAC Blocks continues to increase globally and it is increasingly used by developers, architects, builders around the world, especially for prefabricated building, this is in line with the development trend of the construction industry.
Distinctive Advantages:
(1) Sound insulation: Ecotrend AAC products have a large number of micro-holes. Due to the thickness and surface treatment of the masonry, the noise can be reduced by 30-50 decibels. For example, the Ecotrend AAC wall with a thickness of 100mm and double-sided putty can reduce the noise by 40.8 decibels.
(2) Fire resistance: Ecotrend AAC products are inorganic substances, will not burn, and the porous structure of Ecotrend AAC has excellent fire resistance, harmful gases will not be produced at high temperatures, thermal conductivity is low, heat migration is slow, experiments show that the fire resistance limit of 100mm thick Ecotrend AAC wall is more than 4 hours, it is a class A fireproof material and is widely used in firewall engineering.
Ecotrend AAC internal panel is widely use as internal wall insulation layer.

1). Are you trading company or Manufacturer?
We are manufacturer, Ecotrend Materials is our factory established in Cambodia. And HuaFei Express is our Marketing Center located in China.
2). Who will we sign contract with?
Normally with Ecotrend for AAC/ALC products and the shipment will be made directly from Cambodia. If you'd like to buy the accessories of ALC products, you will sign contract with Huafei Express.
3). Which port will you export your products?
For AAC/ALC products, we will export from Sihanouk Ville Port, Cambodia; for accessories or other related products, we will export from Shanghai or Ningbo Port, China.
4).What is your lead time?
Usually within about 15-20 days after receiving your deposit or L/C.
5).What is your payment terms?
50% deposit by T/T advance and 50% balance by T/T before loading; L/C is accepted as well.
6).What is the package for the product?
By wooden pallet(Non fumigation pallet),or comer protectors on all sides, outer with polybay. Or as buyers' requirements for Wholesale Concrete Blocks.
